The lady at reception was really cute! she gave us a map and showed us to our room in the townhouse. the room was inviting with stylish decor, a wonderful bed and high quality toiletries. it was all very clean. The bedding crisp. the breakfast the following morning was very nice, using high quality produce.
I could hear fans or air con most of the night. It interrupted my sleep! i understand this is expected in a hotel, but it was still bothersome.

the bar area was busy with customers; they enjoyed the superb produce and service. we had a flat white coffee with a complimentary flapjack. the hotel also had an outside seating area with an outside bar.

the hotel had an onsite secure car park, a huge plus. our room had a walk in shower; it was the best. there was also tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided in the room; they were complimented by a flapjack.

the hotel is situated so i could explore the town easily. it allowed me to experience many facets of the surrounding area. it provided the perfect starting point for many excursions.

i loved that our cosy townhouse double room was ready upon arrival. the bar staff proved friendly and helpful throughout our stay. a meal at the hotel restaurant was excellent. the breakfast had a large selection of choices.
The temperature in the room felt hot. I could not leave the window open due to outside noise.

i had a lovely room overlooking all saints church and red lion square. the breakfast was excellent. all staff were very friendly. the outdoor eating area at the rear of the hotel is beautiful.
the room was next to a public alleyway and pub, so it was very noisy. i found it hard to sleep because of this noise. the evening bar staff were rude.

there is inclusive parking available at the rear of the building for guests. a bar operates within the hotel, with sister bars next door and at the top of high street. the hotel has a lovely outdoor seating area.

the staff were amazing, from the helpful lady at check-in to the gentleman offering help with bags. the cleaning lady chased after us because my husband left his wedding ring. i cannot praise them enough (they were so attentive).
